Lynn H. Underwood

Underwood, Lynn H., age 80, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Saturday, October 23, 2004. He was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. Veteran of World War II serving in the US Navy. Survived by wife of 56 years, Betty Underwood; children: Gary Lynn Underwood and wife Brenda; Donna Jacobs and husband George; Dennis Underwood and wife Diane; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers Robert and wife Bernice; James and wife Dorothy; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at Clarks Grove Cemetery on Maryville Pike Tuesday at 11:00 AM for graveside services, Dr. Hollie Miller officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
