George Auburn Rolen

George Auburn Rolen, age 79, of Maryville died Saturday October 23, 2004. He was retired from Alcoa, Inc after 25 years of service. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving as a signalman 3rd class on the LST930. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Minnie Rolen, and his sister, Erma Dee Stewart. Survivors: Wife of 49 years: Golee Rolen Daughter and Son-in-law: Janet and Van Lidvall, of Alcoa Son: Ed Rolen, of Maryville Grandchildren: Carly and Kristin Lidvall Anna and Edward Rolen Sister: Anna Lee Rolen Brother: Gene Rolen Funeral service 7 PM Monday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev.
