Herbert Lee ''Shorty'' Hamm

Herbert Lee “Shorty” Hamm, age 74 of Sevierville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 8, 2004. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Anne McGill Hamm; parents, Willie and Delphia Hamm; and brother, Paul Hamm. Survivors: Son and Daughter-in-law: Gary and Debra Hamm Daughter: Brenda Tarwater Grandchildren: Steven Tweed, Seth Tweed, Elizabeth and Lewis Messick, Keith, Tiffany, and David Lee Hamm Great-granddaughter: Mollie Loren Messick Sisters: Maryrene Scott of Illinois, Brenda Jones and husband Larry of TN, Maxine and Earl Edgn of TN Brothers: Ray and Sonja Hamm, Jeff and Gail Hamm, all of TN Sister-in-law: Wanda Hamm Several nieces and nephews Special friends: David and Wanda Belcher, Mary Alice Crick Funeral service 2 PM Tuesday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home.
