Kurt Brügger

Kurt Brügger, age 68, of Kodak, died Wednesday, October 6, 2004. Kurt was a member and trustee of Kodak United Methodist Church. He sang in the Church Choir and the Sevier County Choral Society. He also liked to play the trombone. He retired in 1999 from working as a mechanical engineer at Philips Electronics for 30 years. Kurt took great pride and pleasure in his cabinet making and furniture building and greatly enjoyed traveling. He was preceded in death by parents Erwin and Marie Brügger. Survivors: Wife: Therese Elisabeth Brügger Sons and daughters-in-law: Rolf and Melody Brügger, Andrew and Roni Brügger Daughter and son-in-law: Doris and Tom Porter Grandchildren: Phillip and Megan Brügger, Robert Schwenkler, Tommy Strahle, Elizabeth Brügger, Tina Schwenkler, Anthony Strahle, Grant Brügger, Danny Strahle, Shavaun Brügger, Dorian Brügger, Emily Porter, Helen Porter Great-grandchild: Heather Sayer Sister and brother-in-law: Trudi and Max Dolder, their children and grandchildren Brothers and sisters-in-law: H. U. and Therese Brügger and their son, Urs and Ida Brügger and their children Memorial service 4 PM Saturday at Kodak United Methodist Church. Rev. David Anderson will be conducting the service. Graveside service and interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends 3-4 PM Saturday at Kodak United Methodist Church.
