Clifton, James ?Sidekick?, age 80, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2004. He was of the Baptist Faith. Retired from the city of Knoxville. Preceded in death by wife, Amanda Clifton. Survived by son, James Clifton; grandchildren, J. T., Cain and Joseph Clifton; granddaughter, Reba Tipton; great grandchildren, Jada Byrge, Gary and Tabatha Robinson; brothers, John and George Clifton. Graveside service 2:00 PM Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery with officiating. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Hwy.
