James ''Jim'' Ball

James (Jim) Ball, age 54, of Kodak, died Tuesday, November 16, 2004. He was employed by Dan River (formerly Cherokee Textile Mills) for 32 years. Mr. Ball was preceded in death by his sister Mary Ruth Monhollen. Survivors: Wife: Angie Ball Daughter: Cheri Dougherty 2 Grandchildren Parents: Jesse and Agnes Ball Several aunts and uncles Niece and nephews: Isaac, Iris, Ezra, and James Father-in-law and mother-in-law: Sam and Pansy Lawson Brothers-in-law: Steve Smith and wife Kimmy, Robert Lawson Sisters-in-law: Wilma Rhea, Teresa Loveday and husband Kevin Funeral service 7 PM Thursday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Ball and Rev. Jewell Travis officiating. Family and friends will meet 12 PM Friday in Providence Cemetery for graveside service and interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
