Marie K. Compton

Marie K. Compton, age 82, of Sevierville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 10, 2004. She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Lewis Nickor and Nancy Jane King, husband Roy Columbus Compton, son Donald M. Compton, grandson Steven A. Compton, brothers Hansel, Minyard, and Cress King, sisters Lola King Layman and Rue King Hunt. Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law: Charles Dee and Sylvia J. Compton Grandchildren: Kenneth, Thimothy, Randy, Phillip, and Burton Compton Great-grandchildren: Josh, Becky, Sarah, Nicholas, Brandon, Kellie, Zachery, Dylan, Azalea, Cord, and Clay Compton Great great-grandchild: Kyla Kay Russell Brother and sister-in-law: Hugh and Daphene King Sisters-in-law: Leona Compton Ogle, Johnnie Compton, Eva Compton A host of nieces, nephews, and many friends Family and friends will meet 3 PM Friday for graveside service in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens with Rev.
