Wilford Wade Ownby

Wilford Wade Ownby, age 56, of South Knoxville, passed away Monday, May 24, 2004. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Carl and Effie Ogle Ownby. He was a member of Island Home Baptist Church and a Marine Corps Veteran serving in Vietnam. He was the beloved father of Christopher S. Ownby, Randy A. Ownby, Donna S. Canada, Mylisa T. Ownby, and K. Star Nelson Grandchildren: Cody Ownby, Jessica Ownby, Krista Ownby, Travis Ownby, Justin Canada, Kristie Canada, Michael Canada, Angie Sharp, Mykayla Garrett, Michael Garrett, Jamey Nelson and Ashley Kirkland Great grandchild: Skyla Sharp Brothers: William Ownby and John Ownby The love of his life: Helen Teffeteller Funeral service 7 PM Thursday at Atchley’s Seymour Chapel.
