Ottis L Manning, 93, of Seviervlle died Friday May 21, 2004. He was a member of Jones Chapel Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Edna Patterson Manning. Survivors: Son and daughter-in-law; Ralph C. and Wanda J. Manning Brother; Bill Manning Sisters; Lela Gann and Anah Arwood Special friends; Ken Kerr, Claude England and Gene Abbott Several nieces and nephews Funeral service 7 PM Sunday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Rev. David Smith officiating. Family and friends will meet 11 AM Monday at Jones Chapel Cemetery for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Sunday at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville.
