Ralph E. Norris, Sr.

Norris, Sr., Ralph E. ?Paps?, age 74, of South Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at Baptist Hospital. Attended former Island Home Assembly of God. Retired from Tennessee School for the Deaf with 30 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Charlie and Stella Norris; brothers, Ray, Richard, and Roy Norris. Loving and devoted wife of 43 years of marriage, Ann Norris; son, Ralph, Jr. and wife Wendy Norris; very special and loving grandson, Travis Norris; brother, Robert Norris; sister, Joyce Swaggerty and husband Kenneth; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends; very special friend, Troy Bowers. Funeral service 12:00 Noon Saturday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Mike Vandergriff officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
