Richard Albert Oberdecker

Richard Albert Oberdecker, age 64 of Kodak, Tennessee, died Tuesday, March 30, 2004. He was a retired civil engineer with New York State Department of Transportation. Mr. Oberdecker was the beloved husband of Anita E. Oberdecker and father of Kristin M. Oberdecker Cabage and her husband Michael Cabage Funeral service 7 PM Thursday at Kodak United Methodist Church with Rev. Ty Harrison and Rev. Dr. Douglas B. Mills officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Friday at Greenwood Cemetery, Knoxville for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday at Kodak United Methodist Church.
