Robert Cecil Higgins

Robert Cecil Higgins, age 96 of Sevierville, died Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at Fort Sanders-Sevier Nursing Home. He was a longtime resident of Five Points, Alabama, until moving to Sevier County in 1998. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Simeon and Anna Higgins and 10 brothers and sisters. Survivors: Wife: Beulah Wooddy Higgins Daughter: Dr. Laura Higgins Several nieces and nephews Funeral service 7 PM Thursday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Mr. Richard Gasser and Mr. Jeremy Baseman officiating.
