Smith, Victoria Madison -was stillborn on Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, Patti and Tim Smith; identical twin sister, Bailey Madison; sisters, Amanda and Lauren; brothers, Ryan and Noah; grandparents, Carolyn Smith and Rita Beal; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral service will be held 11 AM on Saturday, Berry Chapel, with Rev. Robert Countiss officiating. Family and friends will meet Saturday at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lenoir, North Carolina, for a 5 PM interment service.
