Casper Richard Martin

Casper Richard Martin, age 67, of Sevierville, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2004, at UT Medical Center. “Casey” was born and raised in Staten Island, NY, and spent 35 years living in Miami, FL, before retiring to Sevier County in 1993. He was of the United Methodist faith and longtime member of Perrine-Peters United Methodist Church in Miami, FL. Casey retired from Sears after 27 years in sales. His hobbies included traveling, photography, and Dodgers baseball, but his true joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by: His wife of 40 years: Dolores Martin 4 daughters and sons-in-law: Donna and John Norris of Anchorage, AK, Marge and Bill Cawthon of Houston, TX, Dawn and Dave Sobieralski of Knoxville, TN, and Louise and Darren Wood of Charlotte, NC 10 grandchildren 1 great-grandchild Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at UT Medical Center for their care and compassion. Funeral service 11 AM Friday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Dr. Steve Sallee officiating. Larry Ogle will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in Middle Creek Cemetery.
