Myrtle Pauline Sims

Sims, Myrtle Pauline, age 96, of South Knoxville, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2004 at Hillcrest South Nursing Home. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. Myrtle retired from Fulton Bellows after 29 years of service. Sister-in-law, Martha Cupp; nephews: William Cupp and wife, Sammie; Bobby Cupp and wife Virginia; Donald Cupp; niece Ruth Ailshie and husband Carrol; several great-nieces and nephews and many co-workers. Funeral service 2:00 PM Saturday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Deron Cobb and Rev. Edsel Hartman officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Greg Ailshie, Carrol Ailshie, Donnie Cupp, Richard Elliott, Rufus Faubion, and Kenneth Helms. Memorials may be made to Mount Olive Baptist Church Building Fund 2500 Maryville Pike Knoxville, TN 37920. Family will receive friends Saturday from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
