Ballard, Nina Ruth (Webb), age 76, of Knoxville went to be with the Lord Friday April 9, 2004. Member of South Knoxville Church of God and faithful pianist for over 50 years. Preceded in death by parents, Bill and Catherine Webb; husband, Allen Ballard; daughter, Diane Benson and son, Douglas Ballard. Son, Dale Ballard; grandchildren, Suzanne Swaggerty, Jamie and Greg Benson, Shawnte' O?Brien and Danielle Ballard; great-grandchildren, Ricky and Alex Swaggerty, Makayla and Blake Benson, Schuyler and Makinnon O?Brien and Tristen Benson; faithful son-in-law, Larry Benson. Funeral service 8:00 PM Monday at South Knoxville Church of God with Rev. Robert Branch and Rev. Dennis Donnally officiating. Family and friends will meet at Berry Funeral Home Tuesday at 11:00 AM and go in procession to Blue Spring Cemetery in Strawberry Plains for graveside services at 12:00 Noon.
