BULL, JR.,NEWTON E., age 83, of Halls, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at Hillcrest North Nursing Home. Member of Washington Pike United Methodist Church and Woodard Lodge #737 F.&A.M.;, and Scottish Rite. Retired service representative from Frigidaire Division of General Motors. Veteran of U.S. Army in World War II. Survived by wife, Betty Bull; son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Bonnie Bull; step-daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Keith Bissell; grandchildren: Kristi Myers, Kimberly Bradley, Kevin Bull; Debbie Farris, Kelly Clarke; great-grandchildren: Ty Myers, Spencer Myers, Justin Tallent, Breanna Bradley, Jack and Natalie Farris, Caroline Clarke; brother, Kincel Bull, Knoxville; sister, Margaret Kent, California; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11 A.M. Friday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. James Bailes officiating. Interment Lynnhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Washington Pike United Methodist Church, 2241 Washington Pike, Knoxville, TN 37917. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M.
