Mary Lou (Judy) Miller

Miller, Mary Lou (Judy), age 72, of South Knoxville, passed away Monday, April 5, 2004 at UT Hospital. She was a member of Stock Creek Baptist Church where she was a former Sunday School teacher and active in other church organizations. Retired from Arning Insurance Agency with 15 years of service. Preceded in death by parents, Larkin L. and Martha Sue Johnson Thomas. Husband of 53 years, Bob A. Miller; daughter, Deborah M. Loy and husband, Darrell; son, William Jeff Miller and wife, Sue; grandchildren, Matthew and MaKenzie Loy, all of Knoxville; brothers, C.L. Thomas and wife, Sandy of Tampa, Florida; James A. Thomas and wife, Peg; William B. Thomas and wife, Marilyn; John Thomas and wife, Brenda; sisters, Betty Bearden and husband, Jim; Rebecca Childs and husband, Jerry; Carol Michaels and husband, Jim, all of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life service will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday at Stock Creek Baptist Church, Rev. Gene Wood officiating. Family and friends will meet at Stock Creek Cemetery Wednesday for 11:00 AM graveside services. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday prior to service at Stock Creek Baptist Church. Arrangements by Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
