Riley W. King, age 66 of Sevierville, died Saturday, September 06, 2003. He was a member of Mountain View Missionary Baptist Church. He served as a Sevier County Commissioner for 21 years, was a member of the Pigeon Forge Rotary Club, Chairman of the Republican Party of Sevier County and the voice of the Sevierville Little League Football and Pigeon Forge Tigers for over 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents Oscar L. and Rhoda Myers King, step mother Lena King, brothers, Earl and Ray King, and sister, Mabel Cooper. Survivors: Wife: Naomi King Daughter and Son-in-law: Dawn and Bill Hampton Sons and Daughters-in-law: Dan and Dixine King, Phil and Denise King Grandchildren: Phillip, Rachel, and Dustin King, Jessica and Taylor King, Chris, Jeremiah, and Cory Hampton Brothers: Roy and Otha King Sisters: Faye Ownby, Blanche Lacy, and Marie Samson Father-in-law and Mother-in-law: Jessie and Dicie Helton Several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews Funeral service 2 PM Tuesday at Mountain View Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dan King and Rev. Bill Helton officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-9 PM Monday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
