Charles ''Ed'' Harbin

Charles “Ed” Harbin, age 46 of Gatlinburg, died Friday, October 10, 2003 at the Baptist Hospital of East Tennessee. He was retired from the Gatlinburg Police Department. He was preceded in death by his father, Sammie Harbin, and father-in-law Guy Windsor. Survivors: Wife: Carrie Harbin Children: Charlie and Kayla Harbin Mother: Blanche Harbin Sister and Brother-in-law: Dawn and Tommy Brackins Niece: Misty Brackins Nephews: Chad Brackins and wife Ryan Jason Brackins and wife Karen Great Nephews: Tyler and Liam Brackins Mother-in-law: Lisa Windsor Brother-in-law: T.J. Windsor Numerous other family members Funeral service 2 PM Monday at Roaring Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Melvin Carr, Dr. David Ayers and Rev. Clayton Brantley officiating. Interment to follow in Roaring Fork Cemetery with honors provided by the Gatlinburg Police Department Honor Guard. The family will receive friends 11-2 PM Monday at Roaring Fork Baptist Church.
