Gladys Hawkins

Hawkins, Gladys, age 85, wife of the late Ernest D. Hawkins, formerly of Knoxville, passed away in Aiken, South Carolina Monday October 6, 2003. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Knoxville. She was the owner and operator of Hawkins Group Day Care. Sons, David Hawkins and wife, Martha of Soddy Daisy, TN; Charles Hawkins of Knoxville, daughter Mary Richardson and husband, Duane of North Augusta South Carolina; grandchildren, Kathy, Mike, Marc, Shannon, Shane, Josh, Kelly and Katie; several great-grandchildren; twin-sister, Glenna ?Polly? Thomasson. Funeral service 10:00 AM Thursday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel with Ministers Roy Fred Durham and Joshua Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
