Robert T. (Bob) Cox

Cox, Robert T. Jr. (Bob), age 67 of South Knoxville, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2003 at Baptist Hospital. He was a member of Graystone Presbyterian Church. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Retired firefighter with the City of Knoxville; retired realtor. He was a Mason and member of Scottish Rite. Preceded in death by parents Robert and Mary Cox; grandson Michael Cox Allen. Wife, Vicy Smith Cox of South Knoxville; son Jeff Cox of South Knoxville; daughter Teresa Allen and husband Bill of Bethlehem, Georgia; granddaughter Jacki Osborne and husband Chris of Knoxville; grandsons: Sam, Joe, and Dan Allen all of Bethlehem, Georgia; great-granddaughter Sierra Osborne of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Norma Keith and husband Richard of Alabama; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service Tuesday, 10:00 AM, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Mark Knisley officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
