JARRETT, NELL, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, March 17, 2003 at Ft. Sanders Hospital. Member of West Lonsdale Baptist Church. Retired from Kress 5 & 10 with 25 years service. Preceded in death by first husband, Walter Brackett and second husband, Earl Jarrett. Survived by sons, Deke Brackett of Knoxville and James Brackett and wife, Gladys, of Seymour; daughter, Shirley Smelcher of Knoxville; grandchildren, Steve Brackett, Traci Russ, Traci Munday, Todd Frye, Russell Brackett and David Brackett; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Jackson and Katherine Shoffner of Knoxville; brother, Funeral service 8:00 P.M. Wednesday Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Bruce D. Robinson officiating. Interment Thursday ll:00 A.M. at Lynnhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M.
