Adah Montgomery Loy

Adah Montgomery Loy, age 90 of Sevierville, died Tuesday, March 11, 2003. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sevierville and was also associated with Henderson Chapel Baptist Church. She taught school in Sevier County for over 40 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Verner Montgomery and Mary Hendrix Montgomery, husband, Glenn C. Loy and son, Harold Montgomery Loy and an infant daughter. Survivors: Son: Homer A. Loy, Sr. Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren: Michael Montgomery Loy, David A. and Emily Loy and Ella Davan, H. Alan Jr. and Nichole Loy and Dawson Alan Sister: Mary Montgomery Funeral service 7 PM Thursday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Maples officiating. Interment 10 AM Friday in Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
