Pinkston, Susie Mae Spears, age 93, of South Knoxville, beloved Mother and Grandmother, passed away June 19, 2003 at Baptist Hospital. Member of South Knoxville Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Marshall B. Pinkston; son, Joe Harold Pinkston; sisters, Sarah Smith and Mary Evelyn Frye. Sons:Marshall B. "Tony" Pinkston and wife Ruth , Daris Pinkston,Bill Pinkston and wife Pam.Daughters:Mary Belle Price and husband Sam-Dandridge, TN; Doris "Missy" Cantrell and Jerry-Etowah, TN; Joycann Lane and husband Ron;18 Grandchildren Graveside Service will be 4 PM Sunday at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Jim McCluskey officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to South Knoxville Baptist Church at 522 Sevier Ave. Knoxville, TN 37920. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM Saturday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Hwy.
