Wilhelm (Bill) Sandford-Clements

Sandford-Clements, Wilhelm (Bill) Warren, age 43, of Powell, departed this life Monday, February 10, 2003 quietly at home. He was loved by all who visited him at the Goodwill Recycling Center in Fountain City, where he diligently carried out his job. Preceded in death by father, Francke Sandford; foster father and mother, Hal and Madelyn Clements; and nephew, Josh Williams. His loving and devoted mother, Margo Sandford; sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Vincent Irick; brother, Ben Sandford; sister, Anne Sandford; sister, Madge and husband, Eddie; sister, Sophia (Sam) Sandford; baby brother, Michael; nieces and nephews, Erin, Vincent, and Seth Irick, Zack and Megan Williams, Cody Ramsey, and Jennifer Rose; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held Friday 7:00 PM, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tom King officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
