BENNETT, RUTH OWENS, age 73, of North Knoxville, passed away Monday, February 10, 2003 at home. Preceded in death by her son, John Redmond, Jr. Survived by son, Jimmy Bennett; daughter-in-law, Angela Redmond; grandson, Johnny Redmond; sisters, Aileen Sims, Agnes Reed; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral service 2 P.M. Thursday, Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Ron Lawson officiating. Interment Lynnhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 P.M.
