Connie Geneva Kear Rolen, age 76 of Sevierville, died Sunday, February 9, 2003 at Sevier County Health Care Center. She was a member of Haynes Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband John R. Rolen and parents Hallick and Sarah Kear. Survivors: Sons and daughters-in-law: Johnny and Charlotte Rolen, Glen Rolen, Hugh and Margie Rolen, Terry and Mattie Rolen Daughters and sons-in-law: Carol and Frank Mitchell Sr., Mildred Sharon and Ronald Atchley, Sr. Grandchildren: Susan Dodsen, Leroy Mitchell Jr., Joey Rolen, Shaun Rolen Great-grandchildren: Korey and Dalton Mitchell Step-great-grandchild: Derrick Tarwater, all of Sevierville Sister: Hannah Owens of Farmville, VA Funeral service 7 PM Tuesday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Melvin Carr and Rev. Wayne Smith officiating. Interment 10 AM Wednesday in Kear-Loveday Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville.
