Clarence E. Julian

Julian, Clarence E., age 78 of South Knoxville, went to be with Jesus Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at Baptist Hospital. Attended High Praise Church in Friendsville, TN. Veteran of U. S. Army serving in the European Theater. He was the owner of the former Union Sandwich Shop and currently an employee at the Medicine Shoppe on Chapman Highway. Preceded in death by parents, William Mark and Lona Stephens Julian; brothers, Haskel, Bernie, and Jack Julian; sister Mary Katherine Coleman. Loving wife of 56 years, Lois Julian; son, Michael Julian and wife Sue of Lenoir City; daughters Diane Gibson and husband Bobby of Greenback, Jeanie Broome and husband Doyle of Greenback and Kathy Reagan and husband Eddie of Knoxville; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Carl Julian and wife Mary Jane of Memphis; special nephew, Bill Julian of Knoxville; life-long friend, Herbert Henry of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service 8:00 PM Thursday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jackie Midkiff officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM Friday at Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
