Linda Cate

Linda Cate, age 53 of Strawberry Plains, died Monday, August 4, 2003 after a short illness. She was a dedicated nurse and a member of Holston Baptist Church. Survivors: Husband: Fred L. Cate Son and daughter-in-law: Lee and Julia Dillivan Step-daughters: Wendy Hayes and husband Tim, Suzanne Branch and husband Roger Step-grandchildren: Spencer and Logan Hayes, Drew Branch Sister: Alice Cruze Dear friend: Gladys Roach Funeral service 8 PM Wednesday at Holston Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Young and Rev. Hubert Bunch officiating. Interment 11 AM Thursday in Beech Springs Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Wednesday at Holston Baptist Church in Strawberry Plains.
