RUCKER, RHONDA FENNELL, age 87 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday September 19, 2002 at Hillcrest North Health Care Center. Retired school teacher, having taught at Halls High School for 29 years. Member of Central Baptist Church, Fountain City. Preceded in death by parents, James and Violet Vineyard Fennell; husband, Morris Rucker; brothers, Bill, Claude, Ralph, Johnny, and Fred Fennell; sisters, Beulah Fennell, and Mae Madgett. Survivors include brother-in-law, Hadley Rucker of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Jessie Fennell of Blaine; and several nieces and nephews Graveside service Sunday 3:30 P.M.
