Carl Ed Sise

Sise, Carl Ed, age 68, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 15, 2002. He was employed at Volunteer Gas Control. Carl coached Little League Baseball at Bower Field for many years. Preceded in death by parents, Lillie Mae and Robert Luther Sise; and sister, Helen Wittenbarger. Wife of 47 years, Betty Lynn Sise; daughter, Donna and husband, Scott McCammon; son, Brad and wife, Stephanie Sise; grandchildren: Scottie and Kandi McCammon and Derrick Sise; brother, Johnny Sise; sisters: Mary Ruth Ott, Grace Holt and Henrietta Widner; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service Wednesday 2:00 p.m., Berry Chapel, with Rev. W.A. Galyon officiating. Interment will follow at Highland South Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Robert McCarter, Richard Galyon, Tim Galyon, Rusty Sise, Richie Sise, and Terry Ashe. Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell Widner and Brian Bilyue. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Covenant Hospice, 3001 Lake Brook Boulevard, Suite 101, Knoxville, Tennessee 37909. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
