Betty Lou Atchley Ballew, age 63 of Sevierville, died Thursday, October 24, 2002 at her home. She was preceded in death by her father Bates Ward; and husbands Bud Atchley and Kenneth Ballew, Sr.; step-son, John Barton Ballew. Survivors: Children: Ricky B. Atchley and wife Leslie of Sevierville; Mike Atchley and wife Theresa of Mississippi; Peni Atchley Cooper of Sevierville; Tammy L. Atchley of Sevierville Grandchildren: Amanda and Michael Atchley, Jessica Cooper Mother: Gertrude Ward Sister: Edna Johnson Step-children: Kenneth Ballew, Jr., Pat Shackelford Mortorano, Dave Ballew, Lori B. Wilson, Wesley Ballew, Larry Ballew Several step-grandchildren Funeral service 6:30 PM Saturday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Dr. Randy Davis officiating.
