BARBARA DROTOS

DROTOS, BARBARA E. (AKARD), age 64, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Attended Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a 1960 graduate of Ft. Sanders School of Nursing, served in the U.S. Air Force as a nurse and retired from Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA. Preceded in death by parents, Ernest Akard and Ollice Caldwell Akard. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Danny Drotos and Therese Saggau; daughter, Beverly Drotos; granddaughter, Audrey Claire Drotos; ex-husband, John Drotos. Memorial service 2 P.M. Saturday Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Jim Millsaps officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 P.M.
