Sarah S. (Sadie) Arnold

Arnold, Sarah S., (Sadie), age 73, of South Knoxville, passed away Monday, May 27, 2002 at St. Mary’s Residential Hospice. Member of Lake Forest Presbyterian Church and retired from Knoxville City School System. Preceded in death by parents, Rem C. and Annie Adkins Sise. Husband of 53 years, James E. Arnold; daughters: Frances A. Dunn and husband, John R. Dunn, III of Seymour; Ellisa Rose Arnold of Seymour, Tennessee; son, Charles H. Arnold of Chattanooga, Tennessee; grandchildren: Jack and Sarah Dunn and Jim Arnold; brothers: Calvin and Ed Sise; sisters: Louise Sise; Pauline Cole; several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life service will be at 5:00 PM Wednesday, Lake Forest Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Kirk Werner officiating. Interment will be private at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM prior to the services at Lake Forest Presbyterian Church. Arrangements by Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
