Hazel (Mamaw) Headrick

Headrick, Hazel (Mamaw), age 88, of South Knoxville, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 16, 2002. Member of Meridian Baptist Church. Preceded in death by grandchildren, Kim and David; brothers, Charlie Davis and John L. Davis; and sister, Ruby Boles. Son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Cynthia Headrick; granddaughter, Amie and husband, Scott Dyer; great-grandchildren: Mindy, Nick, Andrew, Savannah, Riley, and Caroline; daughter-in-law, Linda Headrick; sisters: Evelyn Thomas, Mae Owens, Stella Hickman; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service Sunday 8:00 PM, Berry Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Dana Fachman officiating. Interment 1:00 PM Monday, Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meridian Baptist Church Missionary Home, 6513 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
