French, Dorothy (Dot), age 70 of South Knoxville, went to be with the Lord at her home Sunday, March 31, 2002. Member of South Knoxville Church of God. Retired from Baptist Hospital. Preceded in death by father and mother, Hezekiah and Mary Viola Lundy; brother Hobart; sister Brenda Stair; husbands Grover French and Howard Osborne. Daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and Kenny Jones; sons and daughters-in-law: Steve and Carol Osborne; Randy and Becky Osborne; son, Jerry French and special friend, Sandy Cedillo; sisters: Mildred, Joyce, Jeanette, and Glenda; foster brothers: Charles and Jim Vanover; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Funeral service Tuesday, 8:00 PM, Berry Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Wednesday, 11:00 AM, Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
