BETTY NICELY

NICELY, BETTY FARMER WOLFENBARGER, age 78 of Knoxville, passed on March 22, 2002 at home. Member of Callahan Road Baptist Church for 50 years. Also a member of the Fidelity Sunday School Class with precious Christian friends who she loved dearly. Preceded in death by parents, sister, brother, infant twin sons and a grandson. Survived by son, Gary Wolfenbarger and wife Carolene of Knoxville; daughter, Penny Neely and husband Miles of Murfreesboro. Four granddaughters, one grandson, four great grandsons and one great granddaughter. Stepmother Fannie Hamby and half-sister Helen Gilliam, both of Oak Ridge. Special “sisters” Gaynell and Glela Wolfenbarger and Frankie Hicks. Several nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Monday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Mark Kidd officiating. Entombment will follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Lung Assn. or St. Mary’s Hospice. The family will receive friends 6-8 Sunday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. 2300 W. Adair Drive
