Clarence Bowers

Bowers, Clarence, age 66 of South Knoxville, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2002 at Baptist Hospital. He was a member of the Church of God and was retired from the landscaping business. He was preceded in death by parents, Thomas D. and Flossie Ardelia Wolfenbarger Bowers; an infant daughter and several brothers and sisters. Wife, Lynda Knight Bowers; daughter, Brenda DeMoss and husband, Troy of Perry, GA; four grandchildren; brother Eddie Bowers and wife, Carolyn of Morristown; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Tammie and Rick Welton and niece Sarah Welton all of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services Wednesday, June 5, at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM Wednesday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
