Wife, Donna Coley; sons and daughters-in-law: Billie Joe and Melissa Coley, Steven and Kerri Coley; granddaughter, Ashley Coley; 1 brother; 3 sisters. Graveside Service 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2002, Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
