Ira C. Evans, Jr., age 83 of Sevierville died Sunday, January 27, 2002. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Evans. He was a retired Major in the United States Army. He served in World War II and Korea. Survivors: Daughter and son-in-law: Patty and Carroll Suggs Grandchildren: Amy Suggs Christopher Suggs and wife Tiffany Great grandson: Colin Suggs No services are planned. Atchley Funeral Home in charge.
