Gentry Russell Stinnett

Gentry Stinnett , age 85 of Boyd’s Creek passed away Thursday January 24, 2002 at Baptist Hospital. Gentry was a veteran of World War II and a retired carpenter. He was the son of William R. and Polly (Ogle) Stinnett. He was married to the late Elsie Davis Stinnett and currently to Macie Trotter Stinnett. He has 4 Children: Bobby R. Stinnett and wife Carol Ann, of Boyd’s Creek Patsy M. Pickens and husband Homer, of Knoxville Ralph E. Stinnett and wife Darlene, of Boyd’s Creek Larry R. Stinnett and wife Carolyn, of Boyd’s Creek He has 11 Grandchildren: Randy, Scott, Steve, Greg, Eric, Tony, Lori, Chris, Gary, Ashlie, and Jonathan He has 7 Great Grandchildren: Megan, Lauren, Shelby, Austin, Ryan, Aaron, and Colby Brother: Wendell (Bill) Stinnett, of Pigeon Forge Sisters: Vada Pack Gerlene Kirby Lorene Campbell, of Maryville Funeral service 4PM Sunday at Knob Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Parton and grandsons Eric Hines and Gary Stinnett officiating. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers. Interment will follow in Knob Creek Cemetery.
