John M. Cody, age 33 of Seymour, died Sunday, January 13, 2002. He was preceded in death by his parents E.L. and Faye Cody; grandparents, Ollie and Ruby Long , Earl and Jettie Cody; nephew, Richard Payne; uncle Lloyd Chastain. Survivors: Wife: Vickie Cody Daughter: Kellie Cody Son: Joe Cody Sister and brother-in-law: Ellen and Mike Reagan Brother and sister-in-law: Robert and Vicky Cody Father-in-law: Herbert Loveday Mother-in-law and father-in-law: Harold and Faye Manning Brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Eddie and Celene Loveday Several nieces and nephews Aunt: Martha Chastain Cousin: Allen Chastain Funeral service 2 PM Tuesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Gists Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12 noon- 2 PM Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
