Neva Pitner Rogers

Neva Pitner Rogers, age 96 of Seymour passed away Sunday January 6, 2002 at Sevier County Health Care Center after a long illness. She was a life long member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edd Rogers, parents, W.H. and Hannah Pitner, grandchildren, Garland Rogers, Jr., and Kay Rogers, brothers, Jake, Jim, Marsh, Cecil, and John Pitner, sisters, Mary Bales, Zack Rogers, Bell Galyon, and Ruean Pitner. Survivors: Sons and Daughters-in-law: Gene and Doris Rogers, of Seymour Garland and Zelma Rogers, of Seymour 2 Granddaughters 5 Great Grandchildren The family would like to thank Sevier County Health Care Center and employees for their kindness during Neva’s illness. Funeral service 7PM Monday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Floyd Powell and Rev. W.A. Galyon officiating.
