Harley Fred Haggard

Harley Fred Haggard, age 65 of Seymour, Tennessee graduated to Heaven on Monday, February 25, 2002. He became a born again Christian in 1946 at the age of 9 years old. He was an active member of Grace Baptist Church in Seymour, where he served as Deacon and Treasurer. Mr. Haggard was employed by West Knox Utility and was a past president of the Tennessee/Kentucky Water Works Accounting Association. Mr. Haggard was preceded in death by his parents Harley and Bessie Haggard and brothers Emory and George Haggard. Survivors: Wife: Shirley Ann Haggard Son and Daughter-in-law: Gregory D. and Kimberly Haggard Daughter and Son-in-law: Kellye Ann and Jim Lethco Grandchildren: Logan and Kameron Haggard Ben Lethco Sisters and brothers-in-law: Zena and Jim Crawford of Georgia Eva and Elvin Engel of Georgia Sister-in-law: Lucille Haggard of Lafollette, TN Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Wilda and Dan Gibson, Indiana Lytha and Raymond Reeve, Seymour Eula and Ken Flynn, Knoxville Sylvia and Dallas McCroskey, Sevierville Marquetta and Gerald Hurst, Seymour Special friends: Hugh and Josephine Trentham Funeral service 8 PM Thursday at Grace Baptist Church, Seymour with Rev. W.A. Galyon, and Rev. Charlie Harkleroad officiating. Interment 10 AM Friday in Chilhowee Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Thursday at Grace Baptist Church, Seymour.
