Jean S. Harrell

Harrell, Jean S., age 84, of South Knoxville, passed away February 11, 2002 at Hillcrest North Nursing Home. Retired from Tennessee School For the Deaf and former employee of Serene Manor Nursing Home. Member of Island Home Assembly of God. Preceded in death by husband, Ernest Harrell. Children: Charles Ray Young of Knoxville; James Richard Young of Milton, FL; Hugh Edward Young of Knoxville; Mary Kate Hill of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Tommie R. Young of Knoxville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special friends: Ruth Childress of Knoxville; Georgia McGuire of Sweetwater; Teresa Herring of Seymour. Funeral service 8:00 PM Wednesday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Segers officiating. Interment 2:00 PM Thursday at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday in the Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
