Ann Mary Harmon Stephens

Stephens, Ann Mary Harmon, age 86, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2002. She was a very active member of First Baptist Church, Knoxville, where she was part of the Baptist Women and Rebekah Sunday School Class. Mrs. Stephens was Past President of the Opti-Mrs. Club. She was the personal secretary for Mayor Leonard Rogers for eight years and was employed at Highland Products for 25 years and worked in the finance department for the County Courthouse. Preceded in death by parents Estle and Mabel Harmon. Husband of 65 years, Hal Calvin Stephens; daughter, Brenda Stephens Edmondson of Chattanooga, TN; son, Ronald H. Stephens of Knoxville, TN; grandsons: Keith Eric Edmondson, Blake Stephen Edmondson, Brent Darren Stephens, Matthew Justin Stephens; brother, Robert Phillip Harmon of Clemson, SC; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7:00 PM Sunday, Berry Funeral Home Chapel with Dave Ward officiating. Interment service 11:00 AM Monday at Jarnigan Cemetery, Morristown, TN. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
