Donald Ashley Watson

Donald Ashley Watson, age 72 of Gatlinburg passed away Thursday, August 15, 2002 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital in Knoxville. He was a member and deacon of First Baptist Church in Gatlinburg. He was preceded in death by his parents Lizzie Alice King and Ashley R. Watson; infant brother Paul Watson. Survivors: Wife: June Clabo Watson Son and daughter-in-law: Donald Thomas and Donna Watson Daughters and sons-in-law: Sherrie and Kyle Caddell, Murfressboro, TN, Amy and Gary Pounders, Sr. of Lascassas, TN Grandchildren: Erin and Emily Watson, Sarah, Evan and Corey Caddell, Gary Pounders, Jr., Stuart Pounders Brother and sister-in-law: James Max and Marcia Watson Sister and brother-in-law: Nelma and Charles Harrell Several nieces and nephews Funeral service 6 PM Sunday at First Baptist Church in Gatlinburg with Rev. Larry Burcham officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Monday at Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for interment.
