H. Dale Sheets

H. Dale Sheets, age 82 of Mascot, Tennessee, went to his heavenly home Saturday, April 20, 2002. He was a member of Edgemoor Baptist Church, a former member of Roseberry Baptist Church, Mascot. He was a retired electrical engineer for the Proctor & Gamble Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a Pearl Harbor survivor. His life was dedicated to serving the Lord and he and his family were very active in church starting and serving in many mission churches from Ohio to Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothea, and parents, Clarence McCalpin and Eva Gay Tolley Sheets, brother, Leo Sheets. Bates Gwenda Daun and Gary Bumgardner Grandchildren: Debra Lynne and Steve Turnbill Charles McCalpin Bates Douglas Alan Bates Dale Scott and Missy Bates Mark Andrew Books Jon Daniel and Vicky Books Great Grandchildren: Adam Wade Davis Ashley Nicole Bates Sarah Elizabeth Bates Amber Denae` Bates Madison Paige Bates Nicholas Scott Bates Suzanne Carson Christin Leigh Bumgardner Stevie Turnbill Brothers and Sisters-in-law: John and Maxine Sheets of Inverness, Florida Louise and Lou Bowers of Inverness, Florida Aunt: Edna Evans of Bridgeport, West Virginia He also leaves behind several dear friends and special nieces and nephews Funeral service 8 PM Monday at Roseberry Baptist Church in Mascot with Rev. Michael Petty and Rev. Kenny Shinlever officiating. Interment 11 AM Tuesday in Eastview Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Monday at the church.
