Paul Pierce

Pierce, Paul W., age 73, of Knoxville, passed away at home Friday, April 19,2002. Member of Baptist faith. He was a US Air Force Veteran and retired from Weigels’ Convenience Stores. Survived by, wife, Ann Atkins Pierce; daughters, Lee and Pat Pierce of Atlanta; son, Hal Pierce, of Atlanta; step daughter, Kathy Thornhill of Blaine; step sons, Ronald and Steve Atkins of Knoxville; 4 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Sizemore of Rossville, GA; and brother, John Pierce of AL. Graveside service 11: 30 a.m. Tuesday at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors by East TN Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 21300 W. Adair Dr.
